Submission Instructions

The ICFNDS 2021 proceedings will be published as part of the International Conference Proceedings Series published by the ACM and available online from the ACM Digital Library.

Make sure to read the detailed author guidelines (Tex User Guide, Windows User Guide, Mac2011 User Guide) BEFORE you create your submission. All paper submissions (5 - 12 pages including references) should be written in English and submitted through the online submission system and strictly adhering to the specified format to be considered for reviewing and publication. Authors wishing to present a poster and/or demo may submit a 1 to 2 page extended abstract, which, if accepted, will appear in the conference proceedings.

The current ACM proceedings templates in Word and LaTeX formats can be downloaded from here. If you any problems with the templates, please contact ACM’s TeX support team at Aptara ([email protected]). The TPC chairs may immediately reject submissions that violate the formatting requirements. The submission system can report some formatting violations in papers that you upload. You can also visually inspect a page-by-page report of your paper format using this online tool.

Please note that ICFNDS 2021 proceedings will be published by ACM ICPS and therefore all the policies and regulations of ACM ICPS will be applied as detailed in the (ACM Publication Policies).

Accepted papers

Each paper must deal with original and unpublished work, not submitted for publication elsewhere (copyright problems fall entirely under the responsibility of the authors). Each paper will be reviewed by at least three experts in the relevant field based on its originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation ensuring the publication of only top-quality contributions. When a paper is accepted at least one of the authors has to register to the conference and deliver the related talk.
